Our company has always as its basis an exhaustive monitoring of our services, concerning quality control and environmental management, mainly based on professionalism and our employees' responsibility, and, subsequently, on a constant control of the entrusted works.

Before proceeding to hire a future employee, he or she has to fill in a report. In addition, the necessary contacts take place with the group in charge of the personnel, in order to achieve a greater knowledge about the selected person, since we are worried both in his or her human condition and in his professionalism when developing his or her job.

Once the employee is accepted, we give him or her the necessary professional training to carry out his job correctly, what directly implies the offering of the quality that our customers expect of our company.

Depending on the job to carry out, our employees are given practical lessons, about methods, cleaning systems and use of diverse machinery, as we consider this is essential for a better development of each one in his functions and for carrying out the working labour they are assigned. Our experience shows that these facts benefit a bigger quality in our services provisions.

There are two responsible people for quality and environmental control, who deal with all the works' supervision and who keep in touch with the client to guarantee the fulfilment of the entrusted works.

Moreover, our purveyors' necessary evaluations will be made in a way that we can assure that the products they provide us with are high quality and environmental friendly, what leads, firstly, to the customer being able to realize that we are offering a good service and, secondly, to the company showing a better image and seriousness.

The required services are collected in a services rent contract in order to avoid confusion. In this way, everything is perfectly reflected to be signed by both sides. From this point, we proceed to the works' constant monitoring until their ending and the customers' approval.
